1. Nature of Digital Products
All products offered on our platform are digital content (ECU/TCU tuning files and software services). As these products are downloadable and reproducible, they cannot be returned in the traditional sense once the purchase is completed and the file has been delivered.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the product is a digital service, not a physical good, and therefore cannot be recalled or returned after delivery.
2. B2B Service Scope
Our services are provided exclusively to professional tuning companies, automotive workshops, and technically qualified specialists. We do not offer services to individual end consumers.
By using the platform, you confirm that:
- You possess the necessary professional equipment (compatible programming tools, diagnostic systems, datalogging tools, etc.).
- You have the required technical knowledge to perform ECU/TCU software operations.
- You are fully responsible for correctly writing and installing the files.
We do not accept liability for issues arising from incorrect equipment usage, improper file writing, or insufficient technical expertise.
3. Technical Support and Credit Policy
Cash refunds are not part of our standard practice. However, we stand behind our service and actively manage the technical support process.
File Support:
If you experience any issue with a software file, you must contact our support team with detailed feedback (including datalog records, fault codes, software version details, etc.). Our technical team will analyze the case and provide a revised file where necessary.
Credit Refund:
If, after reasonable technical review and revision attempts, a working file cannot be provided for the relevant vehicle, the credit amount used for that transaction will be refunded to your user account. Refunded credits may be used for other services on the platform.
4. Credit Purchases
Credit top-ups and balance purchases are final and binding transactions. No monetary refunds (bank transfer or credit card) will be issued for unused credits.
Purchased credits may only be used for services within our platform and cannot be converted into any other form of payment.
5. General Provisions
By using the platform, you agree to these policy terms. Updates regarding service scope, technical requirements, and the credit system may be made when necessary.
